It should clearly state the contract duration and must be signed and stamped by the employer and authenticated by the relevant authorities.

Power of Attorney

The Power of Attorney authorizes Mahad Manpower Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in the recruitment process. This document must be notarized and authenticated by the embassy of the destination country to ensure its validity and enforceability.

Agency Agreement

The Agency Agreement is a formal contract between the employer and Mahad Manpower Pvt. Ltd., outlining roles, responsibilities, fees, recruitment processes, deadlines, and financial aspects. It must be signed by both parties and notarized to confirm mutual agreement and understanding.

Employment Contract

The Employment Contract is a detailed agreement between the employer and the employee, specifying the job title, salary, working hours, leave entitlements, and other employment conditions. It must be signed by both the employer and the employee to formalize the employment terms and conditions.

Guarantee Letter

The Guarantee Letter is a commitment from the employer ensuring adherence to employment terms and the protection of the workers' rights and safety. This document serves as a pledge to uphold ethical employment practices and must be signed by the employer.

Note:
These documents must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and/or the Nepal Embassy of the respective country. For Saudi Arabia, attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is also mandatory.
